Nick, an educator at Sabal Palm Elementary School, will participate in an Explicit Instruction Training of Trainers led by Dr. Anita Archer. His proposal aims to strengthen classroom instruction and reduce teacher stress by building a shared, practical framework that supports student engagement, teacher confidence and schoolwide coaching.
